Short description

The FLS 106 IC basic set is a high-precision positioning system for automated near-field measurements on [ICs / PCBs]. It enables precise probe positioning across multiple axes and supports reproducible EMC analyses with high spatial resolution.
The Basic version is specifically designed for users who want to integrate the scanner system into their own measurement and automation environments.

This basic version does not include the ChipScan-Scanner application software.
The system is controlled exclusively via the included Langer SDK (Windows & Linux).
