4-Axis Positioning System
Short description
The ICS 105 IC scanner is a 4-axis positioning system for moving near-field probes in three linear axes and for rotating the near-field probes over an IC in an electronic PCB.
The scanner is suitable for ICI injection probes, ICR near-field microprobes and all other near-field probes from Langer EMV-Technik GmbH.
