Short description
P1702型高频电场探头用于测量从一个集成电路发出的电场。这些电场会耦合到探头的电极上。由此产生的延迟电流会造成相连的频谱分析仪的输入端电压下降。相连的频谱分析仪会测量这些压降。
The RF E-field probe has a 50 ohm RF measuring output, which is connected with an electrode for measuring the electric field. With the help of a distance ring (3 or 10 mm) the RF E-field probe is positioned in a defined distance above the IC.
