P331 / P331-2 probes for ESD injection

The probes P331-2 (according IEC 61000-4-2) and P331 are available for ESD pulse injection. They dimension depend on the ESD injection mechanisms in electronic modules. The P331-2 and P331 are designed for measurement on all pins types. The probes are supplied and controlled by the burst power station BPS 203.
