P1202-4/1302-4 probes for EFT field injection based on IEC 61000-4-4
Application:
The probes are used to evaluate the immunity of ICs to direct injection of magnetic and electric field EFT pulses.
There are two versions available:
- P1202-4 / P1302-4 (without inductive load)
- P1202-4 R50 / P1302-4 50R (with inductive load)
The probes are positioned at a defined distance (3 or 10 mm) above the IC.
