IC E-Field Probe 1701
Application:
Measuring electric near fields via IC. The voltage measured by the probe is a measure for emissions from the IC which were stimulated by the E-field.
Properties:
The probe has an RF voltagemeter with integrated pre-amplifier and an input resistance of 1,5 kOhm. The input is connected to a 25 x 25 mm measuring electrode which picks up the electric fields. The coupling plate is adjustable in height and exchangeable.
