Quality verification for ICR Near-field microprobes

After the production each ICR-Microprobe has to be calibrated. Therefor the frequency response is measured above a defined stripeline and calibration data are created.

Result:

For each delivered micro probe achieve our customers a certificate with the measured characteristic curves for the respective maximum and minimum. [Probe types] Both curves describes the quality of a micro probe. Furthermore  a correction file is created. With this file it is possible to measure with each delivered micro probe applying to a reference level the same. The required calculation could be done in ChipScan or Excel.
