HFW set
The EMC characteristics of digital IC's differ considerably depending on the technology and manufacturer. RF current and voltage measurements on the individual input and output pins and/or Vcc and ground pins enable optimum circuit dimensioning and thus a reduction of disturbances emitted from the module.
