Disturbance immunity for modules

We make your modules immune to disturbances. First we analyse your module and locate weak points or disturbance sources with our measuring technology. We then progress to the circuit and layout of the module in question and locate susceptible conductor runs or inputs, for example.

Finally, we modify and check the effect of the modification through tests.

1st variant:

The best time to profit from our knowledge is to integrate it into your prototype during the run-up to the development process. This saves you development time due to optimum start conditions.

2nd variant:

We proceed analytically and will quickly pinpoint the fault cause if you did not seek advice during development and the development sample fails the conformity test.

On your premises using the resources of your development environment or in our company by employing fault locating possibilities based on our special measurement technology.

We have interdisciplinary experience from the automotive industry, medical technology, industrial electronics, safety technology and consumer goods industry.

We require:

• One or two operational, if possible, redundant samples
• Circuit documentation, unequipped circuit boards and/or layout diagrams
• An engineer from your company who is familiar with the module function
• The test report of the conformity test
